Susan Powers started in the mortgage business in 1998 as an in-house mortgage originator for Prudential Connecticut Realty. She worked in their Southington, Southbury, Middlebury and Newtown real estate offices, and won an award in 2003 for originating the highest number of mortgage loans out of a single office. Susan is highly experienced in every phase of mortgage lending, and especially in new construction. She has also worked with many people who need credit score improvement to qualify for the loan they desire. Additionally, Susan currently represents Pegasus Investment Group as an active member of the Waterbury Chamber of Commerce. Close
